Investment Principles

Investment Principles

We strive to work with trusted partners who are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and integrity in their business activities.

We are interested in both majority and minority shareholdings. The case of minority holdings requires clear agreement on the distribution of profits in order to have sufficient cash flows for the shareholders.

We are only interested in "friendly" acquisitions and participations.

We seek managements with vision and capabilities that have achieved good results over time. We focus a lot in recent years' earnings history than to future forecasts.

We aim to a satisfactory return on invested capital, and we require the relatively low debt burden of the companies under consideration.

The proposed price for the participation in the share capital of the companies under investigation is required to be reasonable in order to avoid long and unnecessary negotiations.
